Lock requisitions to prevent editing during approval process

• Locking prevents any edits from being saved while an approval process is ongoing. (Save and Save and Route for Approval buttons are removed from the Edit Requisition page.)
• An approval process is considered ongoing as soon as the first approval request email is sent.
• If any edits need to be made to requisitions, all approvers must be removed from the approval process. After that, the Save and Save and Route for Approval buttons are available again.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.

   The Settings page opens.

2. Click the Lock Requisitions link.
3. For the Lock All Requisition Fields During Approval Process option, click Yes.
4. Click Save.
