Set available hiring stages by role

  • You can set the hiring stages that recruiting managers, recruiters, and hiring managers can move candidates to.
  • By default, the recruiting manager and recruiter roles have all hiring stages for all workflows assigned to them. The hiring manager user role does not have hiring stages assigned by default.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.

    The Settings page opens.

  2. Click the Hiring Stages link.

    The Hiring Stages page opens.

  3. Select a role.
  4. Select a workflow.
  5. Select the hiring stages this role can send candidates to.

    Tip: Use the Ctrl key to select multiple, non-sequential stages or the Shift key to select multiple, sequential stages.

  6. Click Save.
