Set available hiring stages by role
- You can set the hiring stages that recruiting managers, recruiters, and hiring managers can move candidates to.
- By default, the recruiting manager and recruiter roles have all hiring stages for all workflows assigned to them. The hiring manager user role does not have hiring stages assigned by default.
- From the navigation bar, click Administration>Settings.
The Settings page opens.
- Click the Hiring Stages link.
The Hiring Stages page opens.
- Select a role.
- Select a workflow.
- Select the hiring stages this role can send candidates to.
Tip: Use the Ctrl key to select multiple, non-sequential stages or the Shift key to select multiple, sequential stages.
- Click Save.
