Set permissions for a role to view the Profile icon in the My Profile section of the Home page and view the Employee Profile icon for current user on the Organization chart

1. On the Manage Roles page, find the role you want to set permissions for and click Permissions.
2. Select the Link permission object type.
3. Find the Employee Profile Link on My Profile permission object and click Edit.
4. Click Create Entry.
5. Set Self:View.
6. Click Save.
7. Log into Rival WingSpan as a person with the role you just set.

   The Profile icon is viewable in the My Profile section of the Home page. After you click the My Team icon on the Home page, you can view the Employee Profile icon for the current user on the Organization chart.
