Select a role and set permissions for optional permission objects

If you want, you can select a role and set permissions for the optional permission objects. You can set permissions for a role to view the:

• Profile icon in the My Profile section of the Home page and view the Employee Profile icon for current user on the Organization chart
• Journal icon in the My Profile section of the Home page and view the Employee Journal icon for the current user on the Organization chart
• Employee Profile icon for child relationships on the Organization chart
• Employee Journal icon for child relationships on the Organization chart
• Employee Profile icon for all employees on the Organization chart
