Set permissions for a role to view the Employee Journal icon for child relationships on the Organization chart

1. On the Manage Roles page, find the role you want to set permissions for and click Permissions.
2. Select the Link permission object type.
3. Find the Home - Journal Link for My Team Members permission object and click Edit.
4. Click Create Entry.
5. Set Children:View.

   Note: Children:View is for the role selected and not necessarily for the Direct Manager role.

6. Click Save.
7. Log into Rival WingSpan as a person with the role you just set.

   When you click the My Team icon, you can view the Employee Journal icon for child relationships on the Organization chart.
