Disagreement notification email

An email notification can be sent to HR when an employee disagrees with any aspect of their performance review and wants to document it for HR. The email contains the name of the employee and the comment they entered on the Acknowledge Meeting step.

You can find the disagreement notification on the Manage Email Sets page (Administration>Site>Manage Email Sets) by filtering by Appraisal module and Appraisal Acknowledge set type. The disagreement notification email looks like the following sample:

The variables included in the email produce the employees first and last name along with comment that the employee entered when acknowledging the meeting occurred.
