Purge an employee

  • Purging permanently removes an employee from the system. You cannot recover the data.
  1. From the navigation bar under Administration>Employee, select Manage Team Members.
  2. Type in or select search parameters using the drop-down menus.
  3. Click Search.
  4. In the results list beside an employee, click Purge.

    A warning pop-up appears.

  5. Click OK.

    Another warning appears, alerting you that continuing will remove employee's data from the system. (Cancel if you do not want to continue.)

  6. Click OK to continue.

    Employee data is sent to a purge queue and is scheduled to be purged. An email notification is sent to the administrator who initiated the purge when the data is purged.

  7. Click OK to close the dialog box.
