Interactive reports overviewInteractive reports provide users and administrators with a deeper level of information from the appraisal and assessment process. Through the use of metadata, employees and managers can view appraisal ratings for different processes tracked across time in the Reports tab on the Employee Profile. In addition, administrators can compare manager appraisal data to the company norm in the Appraisal Score Summary Comparison Chart. Metadata also allows employees and managers to view a radar chart of assessment competency results including benchmark and gap in the Reports tab on the Employee Profile. And, it provides managers with a numeric overview of all appraisal and assessment processes on the Potential tab. Metadata is used in the Succession Planning module with data extracted from appraisal and assessment processes. Metadata is used as a configuration option for the 9-Box evaluation matrix and as a search option for finding candidates. |
