Managing Enrollments – Enrollment Cancellation Reports

Administrators with access to the Assess tab will have the ability to reverse a student enrollment cancellation. It will not be possible for a student to un-cancel at this time.

The "eCourse Enrollment Cancellation Details" system report lists the following for all eCourse cancellations:

• eCourse Name
• Cancel Date
• Cancelled by
• User Comment

The SR Declined Training Event Invitations system report includes Training Events cancelled by users in addition to those declined via MS Outlook. It lists the following about Training Event Cancellations:

• Training Activity Name
• Training Event Name
• Training Event Venue
• Training Event Start Date
• Cancel Date
• Cancelled by
• User Comment
