Combining workgroup roles

When an administrator user has membership in more than one workgroup, each role’s data view restrictions and permissions are determined prior to being combined.

In combination they have VIEW access restricted to Students that are a member of Group 1 and NO ACCESS to VIEW the Students tab in Role 2. The resulting data will be that they will not see any users that are members of Group 2 on the Students tab.

In combination they can VIEW and Delete users that are members of Group 1 from the Students tab but only the ability to VIEW students that are members of Group 2. The delete button is only available to students in group one on a row by row basis in the Students tab.
