Unrestricted roles

An important factor in computing a role combination is UNRESTRICTED data. By default, when a new administrator or workgroup is created, users do not have an Data View Restrictions. This allows them to see any data in the system where access has been granted by privileges.

When combined, Role 1 becomes irrelevant. This administrator is able to view data on the Student tab and have unrestricted access to student data because they are able to do that in a selected role.
