Creating a qualification or Learning Plan

Learning activities, content, and courses can be put together, packaged, and assigned to students so that the right training is delivered to the right students at the right time automatically. In SilkRoad Learning, a learning plan is called a qualification. A qualification is a specific program or learning strategy that takes into consideration the skills and knowledge requirements of the role or individual.
