Create a new qualification

  • In this example, a Senior Administrative Assistant will be assigned a qualification called "Office Support Duties".
  1. From the navigation bar, click Learning>Direct>Qualifications.
  2. Click Add.

    The Qualifications Properties page opens.

  3. Add a title to the qualification.
  4. Add a reference to the qualification.
  5. Select an Active Status (Active or Inactive).
  6. Add the Interventions (training) that belong in this qualification.

    Note: Certification criteria can be set for each of these individually when they are added to the qualification.

  7. Determine who should be assigned this qualification and add the job, job category, group, or organization unit. In this example, HR Administrators are added to the qualification.
  8. Use the Individual Inclusion or Exclusion boxes to include or exclude individual students.
  9. Click Add (top of page) to save your work.
