Adding a HTML activity

1. Click Welcome from the tree menu items. The Content type for this level is HTML.
2. The window on the right defaults to the display of the Activity Settings for this HTML content activity. This is where you can set the Activity Properties and add sequencing rules in compliance with SCORM 2004 content. (Refer to Appendix A Sequencing Overview for more information on sequencing rules.)
3. Also in the window on the right are Tabs for Lesson Plan and Development tabs, which contain optional information that you do not have to complete. You can add information when and if you need to at any time.
4. The Lesson Plan allows for a link to an enabling objective and the population of Lesson Content and Instructor Notes fields.
5. The Development tab provides the ability to enter planning data to help with content development
6. Click Edit. The HTML Editor appears.
7. Click in the HTML Editor window (just below the DESIGN tab). Type in "This demo course was created using".
8. Click and drag to select the text you just created.
9. From the Font family drop-down list, select Arial.
10. Select the AlignCenter icon for the alignment.
11. Click Bold from the tool bar.
12. Press Enter to start a new line then click the Insert from Media Bank icon.
13. From the Media/Asset Bank pop-up window, click Search to view the entire Media Bank Contents.
14. Locate the Filename called SilkRoad Learning. Click the check box located to the left of the SilkRoad Learning thumbnail, then click Confirm to insert the image at your cursor placement.
15. Click Save.
