Adding a content object activity

To assign a Content Object to the second tree menu item perform the following steps:

1. Click Link to Reusable Object in the Tree Menu.
2. Click Edit if necessary.
3. Click Change. The Content Objects pop-up window appears.
4. Click Search.
5. The content object Getting Around SilkRoad Learning may NOT be created in the database you are using. Select another content object, if this object is not in your database.
6. Click the check box next to the content object then click Confirm. The select Content Object is added as a sub-level item. It is also known as a Child of the Link to Reusable Object level.
7. Click on the sub-menu item Getting Around SilkRoad Learning. The content for this Object is displayed on the right. You can only view the content at this level. Modifications must be made on the linked content object itself.
8. Click on the Parent item Link to Reusable Object level. The window on the right displays the Content Object properties.
