Recruiter view

After a Recruiter Lobby is configured and rolled out, a recruiter goes through the following.

  1. From the Welcome to Recruiter Lobby window, select a hire type.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. Select a rollout process: Onboarding (new employee), Transfer, or Rehire.
  4. Perform the following based on the rollout process you selected.

    Rollout process

    Steps

    New employee

    • Click Continue.
    • Enter the new employee information, required information will be auto populated.
    • Click Continue.
    • Enter additional employee information for each required field.
    • Click Finish/Save.

    Transfer employee

    • From the Select Existing Employee box, click Select.
    • Enter search information to locate the employee. (Only active employees are searchable.)
    • Click Submit.
    • Select the employee.
    • Click Continue.

    Rehire employee

    • From the Select De-activated Employee box, click Select.
    • Enter search information to locate the employee. (Only de-activated employees are searchable.)
    • Click Submit.
    • Select the employee.
    • Click Continue.
