Recruiter view
After a Recruiter Lobby is configured and rolled out, a recruiter goes through the following. 
- From the Welcome to Recruiter Lobby window, select a hire type.
 - Click Continue.
 - Select a rollout process: Onboarding (new employee), Transfer, or Rehire.
 - Perform the following based on the rollout process you selected.

New employee

- Click Continue.
 - Enter the new employee information, required information will be auto populated.
 - Click Continue.
 - Enter additional employee information for each required field.
 - Click Finish/Save.

Transfer employee

- From the Select Existing Employee box, click Select.
 - Enter search information to locate the employee. (Only active employees are searchable.)
 - Click Submit.
 - Select the employee.
 - Click Continue.

Rehire employee

- From the Select De-activated Employee box, click Select.
 - Enter search information to locate the employee. (Only de-activated employees are searchable.)
 - Click Submit.
 - Select the employee.
 - Click Continue.
