Recruiter Lobby

Recruiter Lobby allows a partner Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to integrate directly with SilkRoad Onboarding. The ATS Recruiter rolls out the red carpet for candidates directly to the Recruiter Lobby, where recruiters can select any configured new hire, transfer, or re-hire event. Recruiter Lobby by-passes the pending user queue, allowing a recruiter to launch the event directly.

Key info

• The RedCarpet Trust establishes a secure connection to the ATS vendor. Each ATS vendor has a different administration page. You must log into your ATS to the administer the trust.
• The RedCarpet Trust information needs to be provided to your ATS vendor. The required trust information includes: RedCarpet URL, Class, and LifeSuiteCode.
• Trust information is on the Recruiter Lobby Configuration page. Copy the values and paste into the ATS configuration page.
• You must be on a team (with the Manage Recruiter Lobby privilege) to access the Recruiter Lobby Configuration page.
