eForms Administration page

The eForms Administrator page is your go-to place to work with eForms.

Tabs

This page has multiple tabs, and the ones you see are based on your privileges.

This tab:	Shows:
eForms	All available eForms in your installation. Any of the forms can be used on tasks in one or more events. You access eForm Builder here.
eForms Library	Standardized e-forms (such as state and federal tax forms) that are available to all customers. Get the latest standardized forms here.
Lists	Form lists available to use on eForm Builder forms.
Import Lists	A browse feature so you can import form list values from your local computer.
Fonts	Manage and upload fonts to use on eForms and pdf output. Web fonts are used on eForms in the user interface. True type fonts are used on eForm pdfs when printed.

Color-coded icons

eForms are easily identifiable by icon.

This icon:	Indicates:
Red ()	eForms are from the eForm Library and are developed/maintained by SilkRoad Onboarding.
Blue ()	eForms are custom eForms that SilkRoad Onboarding created based on your specifications. You can request an update to these forms by contacting Support.
Green ()	eForms were built with eForm Builder and can be edited by a user with the Edit eForms privilege.
