eForms Library tab

The eForms Library is a central repository of standardized eForms that are created outside of SilkRoad Onboarding. They are typically government forms, and they are available to all customers. There are no customer-specific forms on the eForms Library tab.

Key info

• Get the most up-to-date standard eForms here
• When a standard eForm is updated, it is pushed to your instance where it becomes available for download. It has a New status:

  

  And, the Get Latest button is green (as opposed to grayed out):

  

  However, the eForm is not downloaded into your SilkRoad Onboarding application until you click the Get Latest button.

• Once downloaded, if a standard eForm already exists in your SilkRoad Onboarding application, any tasks using that eForm are automatically updated to use the updated version.
• If an eForm already exists on your instance, it is updated with the latest copy once the latest version is updated. (Tasks associated with a previous copy of a form are not affected.)

• You can filter the list by category
• The Department of Homeland Security Form I-9 is not managed here. It is integrated though a separate centralized server. (Form I-9, E-Verify)
