Task-initiated real time integration

With the task-initiated real time integration feature, SilkRoad Onboarding tells integrated applications that data is ready to be picked up. This real time integration is more efficient than the previous method, which relied on integrated systems constantly pinging SilkRoad Onboarding for data.

Here's a real-life scenario. As part of your new hire Onboarding event, you want a new hire's direct deposit information sent to your integrated payroll system––as soon as the new hire completes the direct deposit information. A client administrator can easily do this now by creating a task that sends your integrated payroll system a notification that the new hire has completed their direct deposit information. The integrated payroll system then picks up that data and processes it.
