Download a list of completed I-9 Forms
- From the navigation bar, click Reports>I-9 Dashboard.
- In the Complete I-9 section, click a tally count.
Employees with complete I-9 forms appear in the Results list.
- (Optional) Select any search options to further filter the list.
- Click Search.
Results appear in the Results list.
- Click Download and select an output file format:
- XML: Results are generated in an xml file available to view or save.
- Excel: Results are generated and Microsoft Excel is launched to open or save.
- PDF: Results are generated in a pdf file available to view or save.
