Download a list of completed I-9 Forms

  1. From the navigation bar, click Reports>I-9 Dashboard.
  2. In the Complete I-9 section, click a tally count.

    Employees with complete I-9 forms appear in the Results list.

  3. (Optional) Select any search options to further filter the list.
  4. Click Search.

    Results appear in the Results list.

  5. Click Download and select an output file format:
    • XML: Results are generated in an xml file available to view or save.
    • Excel: Results are generated and Microsoft Excel is launched to open or save.
    • PDF: Results are generated in a pdf file available to view or save.
