E-Verify Cases
Use the E-Verify Cases option to quickly locate and view E-Verify cases. E-Verify case information is pulled from the I-9 Dashboard.
Key info
- Multiple E-Verify accounts per one site are allowed. If you have multiple Employer Identification Number (EINs), you can register each account with DHS as their Web Services Employer Agent for E-Verify. Contact Support to request any additional E-Verify set-up/configuration for your site.
- After implementation, you can specify a company name when submitting a case to E-Verify if more than one company code/name is configured for E-Verify transactions. Contact Support for setting up submitting E-Verify cases under multiple EINs.
- E-Verify Case reports include the Company_ID and Company_Name in the XML report output. You can filter results by company. E-Verify Case report data is available through Get User Profile User Ex2 Web Services method.
- There are notifications for the status of SSA Final Non-Confirmation and DHS Final Confirmation.
