Form I-9 Transition
This setting controlled the Form I-9 transition from the 2013 version to the 2016 version. After January 19, 2017, all sites are configured to only use the 2016 version of Form I-9 so this setting is no longer editable.
Max Submits Per User
The number of times a single employee can be submitted to E-Verify before the submitter is warned that they are submitting the same user.
Default value: 10
I-9 Needs Re-verification Days
Number of days before employment documentation expiration that the I-9 appears in “Requires re-verification” on the I-9 Dashboard.
Default value: 180
I-9 Re-verification Event Create Days
Number of days before a document expires to automatically create the re-verification event. The I-9 Dashboard will display the number of Re-verification events that will be launched in the time frame indicated by this setting.
Default value: 90
I-9 Re-verification Event Coordinator
The client user responsible overseeing re-verification events. This setting gives the client user entered here the ability to launch re-verification events when an employee's work authorization is expiring.
I-9 Administrator for bulk upload modifications
The client user who is the I-9 Administrator of record for bulk upload edits to the hire date on the Form I-9. Changing this setting affect integrations.
Default Form I-9 Section 1 with Employee data
Indicate whether to use Employee Profile data to provide default values for Section 1 of the I-9. False means employee data is not defaulted. True means that it is. Tip: DHS recommends that employee data not be defaulted.
Default value: False
I-9 Purge Days
Number of days to use as a threshold for displaying purged documents on the I-9 Dashboard. Adjusting this setting adjusts the time window that the I-9 Dashboard considers when displaying the number of Form I-9s to be purged and have been purged.
Default value: 30
