Recruiter Lobby Configuration page

Use this page to configure a new Recruiter Lobby or modify an existing one.

Fields, buttons, and options

Vendor name

Select a vendor to modify its existing configuration or click Add new configuration to set up a new ATS vendor.

RedCarpet Trust

The RedCarpet Trust information is based on the vendor you selected. Copy all the RedCarpet Trust information (RedCarpet URL, Class, and LifeSuiteCode) to paste into the ATS configuration page.

Hire Types

Enter hire type labels and specify the display order. These labels make it easier for recruiters to make correct selections.

Onboarding

Click Add Onboarding Process to specify onboarding rollout processes. Each process must have a display label and associated event.

Tip: There must be at least one process to enable this configuration.

Transfer

Click Add Transfer Process to specify the list of transfer rollout processes.

Tip: Each process must have a display label but may or may not have an associated event.

Rehire

Click Add Rehire Process to specify the list of rehire rollout processes. Each process must have a display label and associated event.

Tip: There must be at least one process to enable this configuration.

Enabled

This option is selected automatically when at least one onboarding and rehire process is added.
