Ranking criteria is a set of non-job specific parameters that recruiters and hiring managers use to rank candidates. Up to 25 ranking criteria can be defined within an account.

Ranking criteria can be filled at any point after the candidate enters SilkRoad Recruiting. SilkRoad Recruiting stores the rankings of each user who ranked the candidate and calculates a score based on those rankings.
