Calculating CQE evaluation scores
Here's an example of how CQE evaluation scores are calculated.
A recruiter creates an Account Executive position and associates three multiple choice questions.

CQE evaluation score=Total number of CQE points/Total number of CQE points available.
For this candidate:
(Response C/Question 1) 0 + (Response A/Question 2) 75 + (Response/Question 3) 25 = 100
Divide by
(Evaluation Weight/Question 1) 100 + (Evaluation Weight/Question 2) 75 + (Evaluation Weight/Question 3) 50 = 225
equals (=)
100/225=.44 or 44 percent
.44 is the number that is shown in the Evaluations tab when viewing this candidate's candidate profile.
