Auto-reply messages can be customized. To request customization, contact SilkRoad Support.

The following auto-reply messages can be customized.

Tip: Auto-reply messages are sent in plain text format to accommodate various email systems. Only textual unformatted content is permissible.

ePostings candidate auto-reply

When a candidate submits interest in employment online at the external candidate interface, the candidate will be sent an auto-reply email thanking him/her for his/her submission. (no max. character limit)

The default message is:

Thank you for your interest in career opportunities with <OHCOMPANYNAME>!

We have received your resume and are currently reviewing your credentials. Should we determine that your background and experience meets our hiring needs, we will contact you with further instructions.

If you are not selected for current employment opportunities, we will keep your resume on file for future consideration.

When a candidate submits interest in employment at the internal candidate interface, the candidate will be sent an auto-reply email thanking him/her for his/her submission. (no max. character limit)

The default message is:

Thank you for your interest in career opportunities with <OHCOMPANYNAME>!

You have successfully completed the resume submission process. We support your decision to explore other opportunities within the organization and will carefully review your qualifications as related to this position.

We have received your resume and are currently reviewing your credentials. Should we determine that your background and experience meets our hiring needs, we will contact you with further instructions.

If you are not selected for current employment opportunities, we will keep your resume on file for future consideration.

iPostings referrer auto-reply

When an employee submits a candidate for referral via the internal candidate interface, they are sent an auto-reply thanking him/her for his/her submission.(no max. character limit)

The default message is:

We have received the resume you submitted to <OHCOMPANYNAME>. Thank you. We will hold the applicant's information in our electronic database for a minimum of 2 years, and will be contacting them if there is a match to one (or more) of our available openings. Note that we do skills/experience matches on a daily basis to each of our job openings. If there is not a current match, we will consider this applicant for any future opportunities. Neither you nor they need to send another copy of the resume unless it is updated.

The default message is:
