Upload an offer/rejection letter template into SilkRoad Recruiting

• After modifying a downloaded offer or rejection letter template, you can upload it into SilkRoad Recruiting so you and other users can use it.
• There is no limit to the number of offer templates that can be uploaded.

1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Offer/Rejection Letters.

   The Define Letters: Offer and Rejection page opens.

2. Depending on the type of letter template you're uploading, go to the Offer Letter or Rejection Letter section.
3. Click Browse and select a letter template.
4. Enter a name for the letter template. The name is how it is selected in the system.
5. Enter a description for the letter template.
6. Click Upload Letter Template(s).

   The template is available for users to select.
