Add CQE questions to a job template

  • CQE questions on a job template ensure consistency during the requisition and job posting creating process.
  • You can mark CQE questions as required or optional.
  • You can select the sections where CQE questions display during the application and hiring process.
  1. From the navigation bar, click Administration>Job Templates.
  2. In the list, click a template name.
  3. Beside CQE, click .
  4. Select the CQE category containing the evaluation questions you want.

    The link expands and shows CQE evaluation questions.

  5. Toggle on the questions you want to add to the job template.
  6. Click the Required check box beside a question to make it required.
  7. Click the sections where the CQE questions will appear.
  8. Click Finished.
  9. Click Save to save the job template.
