Using Form Builder to make changes to forms post launch

Using Form Builder, an administrator can make changes to appraisal and assessment forms after they are launched. An administrator can make the following changes to forms post launch:

• Correct spelling errors
• Edit Form type
• Edit instructions
• Add or remove comment
• Set a comment to be required
• Edit field name
• Display roll up rating as text only
• Edit meta data reporting fields
• Change the score layout
