Succession planning configuration

The Succession Planning Administrator (SPA) can configure the values for most succession plan fields from the Set System Defaults tab. In addition, the SPA can configure the 9-box comparison matrix from the Set Comparison Matrix tab.

System defaults can be updated by the SPA. Options include modifying the name and description, changing an icon, changing the sort order and adding entries as needed.

In the Set Comparison Matrix tab, the SPA is able to create, edit, and delete a comparison matrix. For each matrix the SPA can select the data source for the x and y axes. Data can be pulled from an appraisal using Report metadata or selected from a specific field on the Employee Profile.
